About Our Founder

Tina Roberts has 15 years of full cycle recruitment experience. She worked on the Randstad SourceRight RPO team for 5 years. Tina has worked on major accounts like AT&T, Progressive Insurance, Honeywell, Pall, Cetera Financial, PSEG, PNC Bank, Comcast, CGI Federal, Navistar, Microsoft, United Site Services, GE Aviation, and other various accounts. She has been recruiting and sourcing for high volume positions for more than 15 years. Tina has experience in recruiting in the following areas call center, corporate, financial industries, IT roles, human resources, aerospace, manufacturing, warehouse, government contracting, retail and sales, utility, and engineering roles.

Tina is known for her approachable demeanor and great communication skills which allowed her to build outstanding relationships with clients while still being able to provide an overall good candidate experience. She was a Team Lead on the AT&T account guiding a team of screeners and coordinators to execute high volume hiring targets within a short time. She trained new employees, and monitored and maintained weekly and monthly reports to track staffing, candidate pipeline, and other metrics to identify recruitment gaps and overall effectiveness. Tina has worked on many short term, long term projects, and contract roles with minimal or no training and was able to successfully fill roles within a short period of time.

Prior to Randstad SourceRight, Tina has recruited for other top RPO companies such as Manpower, Orion Novotus, Employment Enterprises Inc, US Tech Solutions, Talent Spring, Averro and Rome Staffing. She is constantly thinking of new ways to improve all things recruiting including candidate experience, interview practices, funnel building, reporting, qualify of hire, and more.
